Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Hindustaan Innovations Private Limited ("Company", "Miracal", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Miracal mobile application, web application, messaging services, communication features, software, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By registering for, accessing, or using Miracal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
About Miracal
Miracal is a communication platform designed to enable users to connect through supported messaging and rich communication features. Depending on your version and device, the Service may include:

Eligibility & Account Registration
You may use Miracal only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. If you are below the legal contractual age in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
Account Safeguards:
- Provide accurate phone or email credentials during authentication.
- Never disclose your one-time verification codes (OTPs) to anyone, including support staff.
- Notify us promptly at support@hindustaan.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You are solely responsible for activities originating from your authenticated device endpoints.
Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
Miracal is dedicated to maintaining a safe, respectful, and legally compliant communication environment. Users are strictly prohibited from:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, device blacklisting, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where legally mandated.
End-to-End Encryption & Cryptographic Keys
Miracal employs public-key cryptography and ECDH key establishment. Protected message contents are encrypted on the sender's device and decrypted only by authorized recipient devices.
Miracal servers do not possess your private keys and cannot inspect plaintext conversations in transit.
Never export, share, or upload private cryptographic keys or session secrets to third-party tools.
User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the content you transmit. By using Miracal, you grant us only the strictly technical license necessary to transmit, route, and deliver your encrypted messages to recipient endpoints.
Miracal, its brand assets, software architecture, UI design, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive proprietary property of Hindustaan Innovations Private Limited. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any software component without explicit written authorization.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Miracal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime or error-free transmission.
In no event shall Hindustaan Innovations Private Limited, its directors, or affiliates be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party network outages, device compromises, or user misuse of communication features.
Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable consumer protection statutes.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
